When you live within 50 miles of B&H Systems, Inc., they offer same day and overnight LTL service as well as special services like hotshot, hazmat, liftgate and inside delivery. Excellence, safety, honesty and customer satisfaction are the core values of the company. 30-Year Celebration

They are having a big customer, partner and employee picnic to celebrate 30 years of great service to customers. They have also added more services like flatbed, hotshot and $5,000,000 damage protection. In 2007 they added more trucks and one day area turns. Over 90% of the trucks are less than 2 years old.

Business Software and Fleet

In 2005 they put in new business software with web based tracking, POD recovery and account management. 20 tractors and 30 straight trucks in the fleet. Everything was scanned and available for PODs in 2001 and 53’ high cube air ride trucks with liftgates were added to the fleet.

New Facility

B&H Systems moved to a 45,000 sq. ft. building with 14 doors in Elk Grove Village. The building has 32 security cameras and controlled entry doors to keep people out. They also added a separate chemical room for hazmat storage to follow federal and state regulations.

Software Enhancements

In 1997 they rewrote a lot of their software to make customer service better and added messages to their GPS tracking system. 6 tractors, 12 straight trucks and a few cargo cars in the group. They moved to a 15,000 sq. ft. 6 door building in Bensenville in 1993 and their fleet grew to 7 power units, 2 of which were tractors.
