Company History

Border Brokers was started by Allan David Rutherford in 1982. Under Royal Unruh’s direction the company has grown, bought J.J. Coleman Ltd. and gone from one location in Winnipeg to four locations across Manitoba. The company changed its name to A.D. Rutherford International in 2012 and created its U.S. Brokerage Division.
