We’re loving the team’s accomplishments and getting closer to our providers. Jacob McEachern, Jon Watkins, Logan Miller, Gabe Guzzo, Katie Palmer, Ryan Browne, Alex Gray, Levi Wick, Abby Johnston, Evonne Shirzadegan, and Jordan Widmeyer were some of the providers whose work anniversaries we recognized this quarter. At work, we had a “Spirit Week” for Halloween, a “Thanksgiving Potluck,” and a “Mini Holiday Week” for Christmas.

Improving Relationships with Carriers

We want to improve our relationships with our carriers by giving them safe freight and great service. We put in a lot of work to connect with our carriers and meet their needs through our Carrier Relations team. We work hard to match the best carriers with the best freight which reduces downtime and makes better use of trucks. By giving daily or weekly reports on which trucks are available we can better match customer needs with available loads and make operations run smoother.
