Overview of Vocar Transportation:

Vocar Transportation Services, LLC has been in business since 2004 and is a cross-border and LTL carrier. Over the years rules have changed and there are taxes on carbon, DEF fluid requirements and surcharges on rubber goods. Hercules is updating the Fuel Surcharge Chart (FSC) to reflect these changes and how they will impact cost of shipping. The FSC will be used on all packages to Hercules. It will be updated every Wednesday based on the U.S. National Average Fuel Index. In the rules table of contents you will find descriptions of density, loading or unloading, charges, distribution and reconsignment. We also have rules on equipment we use like extra labor costs, long lengths and handling fees for loading or pickup. We offer various pickup and shipping options like PALLETIZED SHIPMENTS, PFF and freezing protection. Rates and fees are in U.S. dollars and we accept payments and guaranty charges. Freezing services are not allowed.
